Pet rabbits can eat papaya, but as with all fruit it should be limited to treats only. A bite or two of papaya is enough of a treat for a pet rabbit.

A healthy diet for pet rabbits is:

  1. Lots and lots of grass hay
  2. Some fresh dark leafy greens
  3. Limited pellets
  4. Very limited fresh fruit/veg as a treat (optional)

Before giving any food to your bunny, do an online search. There are lists of poisonous foods for rabbits on a few different websites.
