Real life Spiders spiders do not drink human blood, but they can get human/mamal blood from mosquitoes.
In general, spiders prefer to attack prey their own size. However, spiders occasionally feast from human tear ducts and, if they're unlucky, open wounds. If the spider is venomous, they may poison you, but it all depends on how you react.
