I have read in a lot of places that squirrels have excellent eyesight, but I think I'm missing something. I have had rescued squirrels that often had problems in finding food that was placed right in front of them. I don't know about long distance vision, but I don't believe that their vision is very good when viewing things up close. Their sense of smell, however, seems to be great.

Werewolves do not exist. But the mythical werewolf is supposed to have good eyesight, considering they come out at night.
No, their eyesight is very poor. I do not know if they can see in color though. They do not see like humans, they are born with bad eyesight
they have very bad eye sight and sometimes charge at the slightest sound or movement.
The Red squirrel is found living in all types of climates. If the Red squirrels get to cold, they will share a drey with other squirrels to stay warm.
the taste would probably be their first clue. I think that only an emply nut would be a bad nut. that's for sure! lol
It's not. You don't get bad eyesight from reading - you get it because of genetics!
