No, teacup pigs do not stay small I have done my research I actually went on this sight and asked, I also went on the web and read about them and looked at pictures when they were older, I did this because I have dreamed of having one but size is a problem for me and my family, they are sweet either way but hard to take care of (from what I have heard) there is also dandies but I thought I could get one of those instead because they are SUPPOSED to stay small but once I did the research it was proved FALSE!! so if you are looking to buy a pig and size is a problem then...well.....GOOD LUCK!
