Yes, you can. You can use a human nail clipper or other animal nail clippers, but the best option is a nail clipper designed for rabbits. WARNING: You might be able to see red blood vessels near the end and middle of the nail. DON"T cut this part. Only cut the tip of the nail or where there are no blood vessels or the nail will bleed and your poor bunny will be in much pain. If it's hard to see the blood vessels, shine a torchlight on the nail. But make sure you still do clip enough, or the nail will break and it will still bleed. If this happens, go to the vet immediately.
NOOO, if your guinea Pigs toenails are bleeding when you cut them DON'T cut it as short as you are at the moment. You should not clip the pinkish part of the nail. OR you can take a nail filer for human nails and just scratch off a bit of nail with it.
i use a toenail clipper.....but some people use mini chainsaws and line them up with toenail and go.....but i wouldn't recommend a chainsaw

Only experienced, knowledgeable people should cut a rabbit's fur because doing so can easily lead to injury. Rabbits have very thin, stretchy skin, and people often cut it without meaning to when they're cutting their rabbit's fur, and then the cut can sometimes stretch to alarming proportions! If you want to learn how to groom your rabbit, speak with your vet, or a person with a lot of experience grooming rabbits; until you know how, pay an experienced rabbit professional to cut your rabbit's fur.
