Most newts should be kept away from the adults. If adults do not eat enough they will eat their own eggs.
they will be ok out side but you may want to get an adult to keep it company and something to keep them warm

yes a baby budgie can live with an adult budgie but you should try it with an adult because it can get very aggressive. if he doesn't do anything to the other adult that means you can keep the baby but the should not be 2 old
From my experiance, no, I've even had adult painted turtles kill baby snapping turtles, I reccomend you keep them separate
You can keep a baby one. But, not an adult one because it will grow too big.
Maggots do not actually bite, but you should keep them off and away form your baby.

First you need a male and female Sim as a young adult or adult. they need to both be romantically involved with each other. Keep using romantic actions until the action 'try for baby' comes available. When it is your Sims will get in bed and try for a baby. If you hear a lullaby, your Sim will get pregnant, but if you do not, then keep on trying!
