When cats are young they start to grow up fast. But after they are a year old you multiply their age by 7.
Your cat is around 30 years old in cat years. You multiply the age by five and in this case since your cat is 6 then you multiply that by 5 and then you get 30
you may not believe it but a 19 year old cat in people years is 133 years old in cat years! just times the umber of people years (which in this case is 19) by 7 an that's how old the cat is in cat years.
If a cat is 11 years of age, it is old. But if you take very good care of it, it can still live much longer. Some cats have lived to be 20 years, or older!
A baby cat (domestic cat) is called a kitten and is considered a kitten until one year of age when it becomes an adult. Other, larger species of cats may use the term cub.Baby or young cats cats are called kittens, until the age of about one years of age when they are considered adults.
The longest lived domestic cat on record was a cat named "Creme Puff" who lived in Austin Texas and died at the age of 38 years old. However most cats live about 14 to 20 years.
the general belief i to multiply cats age by 9, however, a veterinarian can tell by looking in cats ear.
You multiply the age of your cat by seven. For example, if your cat is 2 years old, you would do 2x7 which is 14, so your cat's age in cat years is 14.

Depends if it's an inside or an outside cat. Inside cats live longer, usually about 15 years.
Black cats grow the same age as any cat. I have two black cats myself. They are no different to normal cats, they can still catch diseases like other cats and will not live (on average) longer or shorter than any other cat. Some people believe black cats live longer but it hasn't been scientifically proven.
Do NOT use the dog years formula. Cats age more quickly in the first years of their lives. The first year of a cats life is about fifteen years. the second year is about ten. so by the time a cat is two, it will have reached adulthood. Every year following is about 4 years. Example: 5 human years = 37 cat years Not 35 cat years (the dog years formula)
No, They are not because dogs you multiply their human age by 7. For example: Your dog is 4 so 4x7=28. So your dog's age would be 28, or however old you dog is in human years multiplied by 7.. P.S. I am a big-time cat lover. And animal lover! My first favorite animals are cats, my second are wolves, and my third are snakes.
42, one cat year is considered equal to 7 human years. No it's 54. 7 years is with dogs, for cats it's 9. Easy to remember because they say a cat has nine lives. Source: the cats veterinarian.
