Many states do not even require a "drivers education course" The only requirement to get your liscense is to pass the test at the DMV. As for insurance, they do not even ask these questions. The only thing that makes a difference to them is how long you have been a liscend driver. Longer time having your liscense=lower premium usually.
Rabbits really should not be left alone for very long by themselves. If they have plenty of water and timothy hay they should be okay for a day, maybe 2. Rabbits are very fragile and if they don't eat or get sick they can die within just a couple of days. I would have a friend check up on them once a day or have your rabbit and it's cage move in with someone for a bit. You could always hire a petsitter or have a kennel take care of them while your gone.
I would suggest looking into working for Hillsborough County public schools in their after school care program. I did this when I was younger (probably around 16) and it is a great job that fits into high school schedules.
