Yes, The VENT is the place where both eggs and feces leave the body. Chickens do not urinate, the white spot on the chicken feces is uric acid that comes out with the droppings. The Vent is located just under the tail.

Now this is not to say that the "poo" and egg meet deep within the body. No. The large intestine and vagina meet at the cloacal opening, so there is no long trip down the large intestine for an egg.
