It depends on how bad it's broken
I really don't think anything can be lactoseintolirant. On an unrelated note, cows can potentially be lactose intolerant.
Get help QUICK you need to get is to a rescue center as fast as you can
If it has a broken leg then you should probably call an emergency vet clinic which is open 24/7.

If your hair is broken from the root you need to wait for it to grow out. There is nothing you can do to really treat it until it is longer.

well give it away. Give it to someone that really wants puppys. or you can go to pet store and they will take care of it, and someone will adopt it. i have a dog so if you want to keep it and need someone to sit it just ask a friend or ask a faimly member!
