Sounds like the older dog is stressed and needs to be watched. Usually when a new puppy gets home, they receive all the attention the older dog used to get and this can cause jealousy. Ensure the older dog get attention and love too and supervise calm play time. If you can get both to lay down with you, pet them and praise them during which all are calm and given positive comments they will usually model their behaviour i.e. no fighting, barking or biting, and no what you expect of them. They eventually get the message.

well your puppy might have dandriff or lice. take your puppy to the vet to get checked. if your puppy is losing hair, that means they are itching themself because lice/dandriff gets you itchy. its always a good thing to get your puppy healthy because my puppy and my friends puppy has dandriff
