Goats can be put anywhere where there is grass, weeds, bushes, and trees. There needs to be water around somewhere though. Goats love blackberry bushes especially! but they will eat any vegetation. They usually know what's poisonious, and stay away from that. I have oleander in my backyard, and my goats stay completely away from it, because they know it's not good for them.
Yes, goats are capable of carrying small loads using specially designed packs or harnesses. However, they have limitations in terms of how much weight they can carry comfortably, typically ranging from 20-30% of their body weight. The way i was told is because when goats eat grass, their teeth get numb and the salt restores feeling to their mouths by providing moisture in the mouth and thus helping with the digestion of the grass.
If they are ready the goats will come if your goats are not ready then idk what to say have a nice life without goats I hope you're proud of yourself
bushes, grass and trees are common flora (plants) and mountain goats (sounds pretty obvious) also share this habitat
