It can be really difficult! Lift the tail and look at the anal (top) and genital (below) openings; in females these are very close together, often almost touching. In males there is a space between, where entire males will have testicles.

Feel it's belly and if it's bumpy, it's a girl. If it's flat, it's a boy.Also if one has a penis and if it doesnt its a boy
