England does not have rabies so if you buy a dog there you are fine but if you come from Another Country for example Georgia your dog will havee to be in a dog kennel for six months so they can check it and everything and then it will be able to live with you.

How much does a dog cost in England?

Dog's cost quite a lot of money! If you want a puppy the normal price is £500 but if you get a dog from the kennels you pay about £75 and get the spaying for free But you have to consider the amount of money it will be to microchip and all the vaccinations as well as training your dog, ruined furniture. You will also have to pay for food, treat's, new collar's, leads, beds and lots more. before you get a dog you also have to think about how much you work and the amount of exercise your dog will need and all the prises and amount of time you will spend with your dog as well puppies are very disruptive but them you can train them to accept things like other dogs and other pets!!

What breed is the dog in the story a dog called dog?

There isn't a particular dog. It's just an ordinary sign shown to warn people that there is a dog (vicious or not) near that area. It just implies that it is in French, and uncovers the mysteriously nice and kind English nurse and doctor. Knowing that the sign is in French, it means that he is actually in France, NOT Brighton, England like the disguised Germans (nurse and doctor) had told him.
