How do ants carry weight bigger than them?

Ants are extremely strong for their size. This is due to several features of their anatomy the most significant of which is their exoskeleton which gives their limbs high compressive strength and allows their muscles to exert great leverage without damaging themselves. As to the method of carrying most ant species have powerful jaws with which to grip and lift cargo. Ants are also highly sociable and will work as a team (especially the smaller species) to bring whole creatures such as caterpillars back to the nest. The strength of an ant varies considerably from species to species and within species castes (workers etc).

What affect do humans have on animal speciation?

Aside from artificial selection humans are a large part of all other organisms environments. So, any barriers humans erect could bring about allopactric speciation, though I can not think of any specific examples there. Also, human caused extinctions can cause adaptive radiation of a species into the niche of a species driven extinct by humans.
