Use soapy water. Use 2 dashes of dish soap in a water spray bottle and spray them directly. They die and you can net them out and have them gone forever
Your chlorine level needs to be increased to 3-5ppm and kept at that level. This will help you control them.
Add a bottle of "Pool First Aid". This will break the water's surface tension and the striders can't stay afloat and will drown. This is a temporary fix because, in my experience, more always show up.
