If it is just a puppy I would say not very long...I would keep an eye on it but it could probably stay out for about 10 or 15 minutes in about 30 degree weather.
The correct term is CAVILIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL. But they originate from England. There was a king who loved them and kept them in the palace and so the population grew and grew.
No. King Cavrin, King Charles Spaniel, King Charles Yorkie, King Schnauzer, and King Shepherd; but no King James, that I am aware of.
Charlotte York, a character on the TV show "Sex and the City," has a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Elizabeth Taylor.

Probably, and if not, there will be one one day. Dogs constantly breed new species. No there isn't but you can get King Charles Spaniels (not Cavalier) and the tend to be smaller than their Cavalier King Charles cousins
Yepp. Leave it in a small room with Food, Water && mats for it to go to the Bathroom on.(: But when puppy gets older put the dog outside && let in after skool.<33
For grooming a King Charles Cavalier puppy, it is recommended to use a slicker brush or a pin brush to gently remove tangles and mats from their coat. These brushes are gentle on their sensitive skin and help maintain their long, silky fur.
Twice a day but only small amounts. Buy dry puppy food and feed according to the instructions on the packet.
By being outside when it was cold out.
My cavalier King Charles puppy is 8 months old and just had her first season. Her nipples are quite large....is this normal? We have made sure no male dogs have been near her, so she can't be pregnant. Thanks

I have had 7 dogs throughout my life and each time I have let the puppy out the first day i get him in my garden but stayed close by at all times. However if the puppy is very young i would only let it out about a fortnight after getting him, incase he gets cold or scared.
Vitamen filled puppy food. See vet to see if it needs wet food also.
Yes, I have fur allergies and my KC puppy is fine with me. So, don't worry about a KC making you ill.
The best diet for a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy should be high-quality, balanced, and specifically formulated for small breeds. Look for puppy food that contains real meat as the first ingredient, along with essential nutrients like DHA for brain development, vitamins, and minerals for overall health. It's important to feed smaller, frequent meals to support their energy needs and avoid overfeeding, as they can be prone to obesity. Always consult with a veterinarian for personalized recommendations based on your puppy’s specific needs.
