Elodea is an aquatic plant so it moves with the current of the water that it is in. It only lives in freshwater and is known as a water weed.
Elodea needs sunlight for photosynthesis, water for hydration and nutrient uptake, and carbon dioxide for photosynthesis. It also requires a suitable temperature range for optimal growth and development.
The nucleus of an elodea cell is suspended in the cytoplasm within the cell wall. When the plant cell is well hydrated, the central vacuole swells with water and pushes the nucleus and chloroplasts toward the outer edge of the cell. In a poorly hydrated cell, the nucleus may be located any where within the cell.
They move by spinning their bodies
Yes they are and i think they can move because most animals move unless their hurt or been in an accident.
move the lizard first to the new house
Elodea is a pond weed and they do not move, they are quite stationary because it is a plant
yes elodea cells do. They use it to move.
to see the nucleus and watch the chloroplasts move to the center
up my asss
Today I just did a lab viewing elodea cells and human cheek cells. When I viewed the Elodea cells on the highest power, I saw chloroplasts moving. They looked like tiny green spheres moving in little groups of two or more on a set of "tracks". I hope this answers the question.
Elodea is an aquatic plant.
nothin elodea dont have no plants
Is Elodea cell an organism?
Elodea cells are smaller
No. An elodea is a species of aquatic plant.
Elodea is found in the temperate parts of North America.
An elodea cell does not have a organsim because it is NOT an organism.
