How do elves move?

It is very rare to see an elf move. They are usually carried by Santa himself or they ride on a majestic reindeer so they do not have to walk. (They do not actually have to move to get on the reindeer, it just kind of happens.) They are so quick, you will never see their arms move. They also do not blink. <--- FACT They breath through their skin so you won't see their chest moving either.
