Ants do not urinate as mammals do, but they do mate by passing sperms through a rather complex tubular organ called the aedeagus, and into the matching passage in the abdomen of the female. Aedeagus is perhaps a better word than penis because it is a definite word for an organ that is not really like a mammal's penis.

Unlike bees winged ants mate mainly on the ground after their nuptial (mating) flight, and then they remain connected for some time while the sperms are passed over.
