It is a lot of hard work, but eventually yiu will get it.
1: Go back to the caverns and get all ammo possible.
2. When you go back to Kaftar, use the heavy rifle first. Then as soon as you get there, make sure to use Hunter Sence.
3. The best way to shoot him would be when he grabs your arm, or leg. stay on the rugs at all times too!

Very easy if you no what your doing i struggled with this for quite a while. You want your high powered rifle first. Basically keep dodging the thing and shoot it. after the high powered rifle runs out switch to the shot gun then the rifle and hand gun if you need it. Avoid the cross bow it takes to long to load! Gather health packs and ammo when you need it. Also if you beat the Kaftar you win the game. Unless you want to try the hard version........
