There is an ice block at Polar Fields. Go to Whisker Woods, then go to a Hot Spring there. Use your warm (or cold) stone and make the stone hot. Then, you melt the ice block and there's a fishing spot there. It is a spot that you can catch rare fish in(Duh!). Soon you'll cath the rainbow fish, but it takes a lot of tries to get it:(
