Another opinion:
Pacman frogs are the worst type of pet frog, along with bullfrogs and pixie frogs.
Get a green tree frog, White's tree frog, African Dwarf Frog, and any type of tree frog. They are the best!

∙ 12y ago1. A tank. A 10-gallon tank used for fish/pets works great.
2. A screen lid for the tank, so that the frogs don't get out and there is good ventilation. You can buy these - I got mine from Wal-mart.
3. Gravel or substrate to put on the bottom of the tank.
4. Rocks, sticks, and things for places to hide. You can usually just get these from around your yard.
5. A water-bowl. You can buy one from a pet store, or you can use a plastic container as long as the frogs can easily get in and out.
6. Food! If you can get live food at a nearby pet store, then grab some crickets/flies/worms and go! But, if you're like me and there isn't a close pet store, just buy some freeze dried insects. Wal-mart often sells these. However, be very aware that frogs will only eat moving food. So if you feed your frogs pre-killed food, you're going to have to take something like a piece of straw and spear a cricket on one end. Making it dance around usually gets their interest!

5. Bedding, you can get woodchips, sand, easily in your local pet store if you can't be botherd with that just use either shreded paper or just newspaper.
6. Waterbowl usally depends on the size of the lizard if it is a hatchling i would suggest maby a lid of a drink or somethink.
7. Something to hide in you can virtually use enything out of an old fish tank, or even make one out of a plant pot buy cutting a hole remember to use sand paper to file off sharp edges.
8. "Make him feel at home" This comes in more of the decoration part, you can get pictures of where he/she lives in the wild but depending on the size of the tank it could be a desert a rain forest enything that looks good :)
Advise: If you are looking for good quality equitment i would recomend Exo Terra it has a wide range of bits and bobs for keeping exotic animals as pets, note this down if you are interested
