It depends if the dog attack someone or numerous people. If it bites and its still a puppy then no.
Trouble is, most places that bans dangerous dogs try to do so by banning certain breeds, which is kinda pointless.
Not only is it easy enough to get around the law by creating hybrid dogs for instance, but also pretty much any breed can be trained to be aggressive, again making the ban rather pointless.
No, the problem is first with owners who train their dogs to be aggressive, and second with breeders who has figured out that there is a market for vicious dogs.
Banning breeds is mainly a political statement, but what would be more effective would be to target the owners instead. Owning a dog should be a bit like owning a gun. Both can be dangerous if not kept under control. And if you fail in that you get punished.

∙ 11y agoDepends, but probably not. Dog aggression and human aggression are two entirely different things. If the dog is dog aggressive the next step is not human aggression.
Get your dogs to training and see what they think.

∙ 13y agoWell, it depends on the dog and its personality. if the dog likes kids and is quite friendly then YES the dog is safe to have around the house. If someone in your house is allergic to dogs then NO it is not safe to have a dog around your house.
