Well first, if it is just sitting there and doing nothing, you should be worried. Most pet rocks play games with you, talk to you, and jump on you. If they don't do this, it might not be sick. Just record over night and see if it interacts or moves, etc. If it doesn't its sick or dead. What you should do is take it to the supermarket and tell them " Dr. PenguinEater" has told you to "find the Rock Hospital". The employee should know where to bring you. Hope I helped!
pet rock but i have 3

Sometimes parents, neighbors, or friends have kept the Pet Rock Manual. Ask around. Also, go to some book stores to see if they still carry it. But remember, sometimes all a pet rock needs is a friend and a good home.
Normally your pet should not become ill from eating a Vit. B tablet. Was it a prescription Vit. B tablet? Give your Veterinarian a quick call with the strength of the Vit. B tablet to make sure. All in all your pet should be fine.

Well it depends if you are allergic to your pet or if you are allergic to something your pet rolled in. But I do not think that if you are not allergic to them or anything else in the area you live in than no you can not get sick because of your pet. (you might be allergic to something your pet rolled in if you are sick)
When taking care of a pet it is important to know how to tell if they are sick or not. A Fire Bellied Newt would be lethargic, and show no interest in food or water if it was sick.
stones, sunlight, and a mixture of dirt and rice.
Not unless it is a "pet rock".
I think you should bring your pet mouse to the vet when its sick: running nose and or coughing hard. Bring your pet rodent to the vet if it has loss of appetite or bleeding.
