Any good dog trainer will tell you that 'you' have to be the leader of the pack! They mean it. Your dogs need to know who is boss. In turn, you need to understand dog's behavior. There is the 'pecking order' which you should maintain. The oldest dog should come first when being fed or given treats. Push your hand up and towards the younger dogs nose and say 'no.' Once you have served your older pet the food or given it praise, then be sure to do the same for the younger dog. Dogs are bright and get the picture. Like children they will fight for affection and you have to be consistent in maintaining this pecking order. I have two dogs; a Bishon Frise who is the oldest, and now a Cockapoo (male) who is almost 2 years old. I always go to her first with food, treats, praise when she does something well, then will do the same to my youngest pet. They get along very well together. As I say to them, 'The eldest in the cat and she's the Queen around here; the eldest dog is the Princess and my little Cockapoo is the low one on the food chain!' LOL Don't worry all three get equal love and lots of attention.
Yes of course just like when a dog barks at another dog they are talking to each other also like dogs trying to get pregnant they have to get on each other which is also body language. That is called humping .
In a way dogs can 'talk' to each other. Barking, growling etc is all a way of communication, just like we humans talk. It is a way of showing what the dog wants or does not want and also shows what mood the dog is in.
Your dogs aren't gay. Dogs relate my smell and touch and, to an extent, grooming. What you're seeing is healthy pack behavior -- in this case grooming and scent. In your case it sounds like your dogs get along and they are cleaning each other and possibly covering up scent. If dogs are meeting for the first time, they will sniff and occasionally lick each other "private areas". This is how they get to know each other, it's a good sign that they will get along.
Other dogs butts
Dogs smell their own butt and the butts of other dogs as a way to gather information about each other. They have special scent glands in their anal region that produce a unique odor that carries important social and health information. It's a natural behavior for dogs to sniff each other's butts as a form of communication and identification.
They might be Jealous of each other or don't like each other. This has never happened to my Dogs, but my Answer is that some dogs may be Jealous or Annoyed.
they take care of each other like wolf packs take care of each other
As friends, yes. Sometimes they do each other but its not very common..
depends if they like each other
If he's seriously trying, she should tell him she doesn't like it and ask him to stop if she's important to him. If they both try to make each other jealous seriously, they'll end up actually not liking each other and finally breaking up. Getting each other jealous can be fun, but only in small amounts and if both know it's only joking and they're still the most important to each other.
Because they are jealous of each other mate
he probobly doesnt know you like him so he's trying to make you jealous

because they are like dogs and they smell them there
They sniff each others butts, like other dogs.
Just like every human is different from each other, every dog is different from each other too. Because they have different breed, training, owners, and parents.
If you want your dogs to like each other petz dogz pack make sure they are just one on one, there are toys out, and you don't pet them for a while until you see the smiley face inbertween the dogs that looks like this.... :D You can breed your dogs as well if it looks like that.
