first, open iMovie
record your voice while talking really slow and pronouncing your vowels more than you normally would.
click on the clip and drag it into the project part of iMovie
then, roll the mouse over the clip and click on the little blue square. then click on "clip adjustments"
click the box under "video effect". this will allow you to adjust the speed
now, set the speed percent to 200% - 250% depending on how low your normal voice is.
click "done" and that's it!
That's simple! You just squise the top part of your nose and sqeek out of your mouth. Try it!
There are a lot of different animals that have a soft sound from a bird like animal an owl to other rodent animals that don't make much noise at all like a chipmunk.
From an Algonquin language of the eastern u.s. - compare Ottawa "jidmoonkh"They make a "chipping" sound, mainly for alerts. Sounds like a small bird.
Your chipmunk would has milky eyes because he\she is sad that you are keeping him as a pet you should NOT let him go you should make him a habitat with trees and grass etc. to make it just like the real world outside and find a way to put food in without your chipmunk knowing.
Yes. In cat language (Meow). Sometimes, a cat will make sound that sound like singing! Maybe their purring sounds like a tune!
Cats do not like this, because, to them it's a threatening sound.
I'm pretty sure he uses iMovie which is only for Apple Computers.
you record your voice on a computer while talking really slow and pronouncing everything more than you normally would. then you find something on Google to speed it up.
You may be able to make a voice sound like Miku is singing by turning up the pitch on a girl's voice (a guy would just sound like a chipmunk). I'm sure that some female voice could be tweaked to sound like Miku Hatsune. However, since she's a computer program, Miku's voice doesn't sound as natural as our voices. So the reverse is true; if you edited a voice to have the same pitch as Miku, it would sound too realistic to be mistaken for Miku actually singing (unless the person was singing like Miku in the first place). Still, it's fun to try!
.
scream
that has to be something you were born with. :)
GIR's voice was dubbed over twice to make it sound harmonic and machine-like. The voice actor for GIR sounds like a normal man trying to have a high voice.

whistling in a high pitch voice. they also make quiet bubbling sounds
In drama terms 'tone' means how you want to make your voice sound. Say perhaps you were pretending to be from France you would make your voice sound like a Frenchman.
