Well, It depends. If possible, move things around so that the cat cannot go behind it. If you can't, then just make sure your cat can't get to any wires. Other than that, you should be good.
Maybe, if you have the patience to train a cat, spray it with water (or, if you like, I have a friend who uses pressurized air, like the kind you use to dust computers) every time it goes behind there. But make sure the cat connects the punishment to the fact that it was behind the television.
