Wolves: Raw meat. Horses, cows, deer, sheep: Wheat. Cats and penguins: Raw fish. Chickens and parrots: Seeds. Foxes: Raw rabbit. Turtles: Sea plants (nitella). Bunnies and pigs: Carrots. Pandas: bamboo. Bees: flowers. Fish: you need a bucket. I haven’t found about yetis, seals, polar bears, crocodiles, or rats yet.

This is only to tame. After tame, they can eat more. Turkeys are also seeds. I’ve tried every thing in creative mode except on crocodiles.

To tame a cat in minecraft, you must first catch a few fish. I usually use raw fish but I believe you can also use cooked fish. Then, go into the jungle and find an ocelot. Don't chase it because it will run, just hold the fish in your hands until it starts to walk straight to you. Then it will stop walking by your feet and look at you, that's when you use the fish. When you see the cat walk straight to you, it's impossible to mistake it for another action. Also, don't move during this process or you'll scare it and have to start over. You will know when you've tamed the cat by the obvious change of texture and the heart particles.
