When it runs into things or stumble over things that it would see if it weren't blind or if it rubs close to its mother when the mother is walking. But the best way to tell is if you wave your hand in front of its face or close to its eye to see if it reacts or not, or to look for its eyes following your hand if you try to make it follow your hand.
