Many sea creatures can only live in certain temperatures, so the heat kills some off. Creatures that lived on icebergs, such as penguins and polar bears are also affected by the decrease (ie polar bears are drowning).

when water temperature is way to cold all of the organs of the fish work slower making it to do all its proccesses slower, because always hot means faster, more energy, etc while cold is always, slower less energy, etc. so when water is hotter the fish starts to move a lot faser is respirates faster it breaths faster all of its proccesses are faster.

If the water temperature is too cold or too warm, marine life (creatures, like fish, and plants / coral) can die off as the temperatures are not suited for living in. Water that is too warm loses nutirents, and that can also cause marine life to decrease due to a shortage of food and nutrients.

Erm, "Does" global warming.... :D

Yes it does as a increase in ocean temparatures even by a few degrees can cause the fish to... explode like a grenade... no, they die because it is harder for them to find food.
