The average guinea pig e.g. domesticated, labatory, run speeds of about 19.5 mph for long periods of time. Wild guinea pigs can run up to 49 mph top speed, however such sprints only last 8-15 seconds.
Guinea pigs are generally fast moving animals, Venezuelan jet-black guinea pigs can run speeds of about 37-41 mph (68-70 kmh). Depening on breed, guinea pigs are believed to be the worlds fastest rodents. Most are 19.5 meteres a second.

Yes exeedingly fast rodents, they're calculated to run 41.16 mph maximum speed. Many people believe guinea pigs are fat slow and lazy, however this is a hoax, guinea pigs are just like pigeons; which are 50 mph + flying speed and they look fat but can still accelerate their bodies abruptly. well it depends i did the experiment and it changed each time due to the fact that the more you put them through it the faster they go because they remember the way so there is no correct answer to that
i have a guinea pig who is about 5 months now and when i got him he was 3 months and at 3 months he was about the size of a DSI XL and at 5 mons hes about the size of a 1 DSI XL anda regular DS so here you go they grow really fast!
Lets just say they can run as fast as a jack rabbit running from a wolf
2.9 miles per hour
new born can run up to 1-2 mph full grown run up to 4-6 mph
I would recommend 10-minute sessions every day for two months. Guinea pigs are quick learners.
theres loads of things you can do with your guinea pig. you can handle it, or buy a special guinea pig lead and take your guinea pig for a walk around the garden, you can build and obstacle course for your guinea pig!
You can't take Guinea Pig's for a walk with leads or anything like that as they are very bad for a Guinea Pig's spine. You are best to either let them go in a run outside or let them out in your house. You are best letting it run in your house, but keep it away from wires and spaces it can hide in. You shouldn't use a guinea pig harness or lead as they can damage their sensitive spines.
I don't think there is such thing.....also please adopt guinea pigs from shelters and not buy from shops!
well one thing is that your guinea pig would not run from you in a cage and would not bite you. My sister's guinea pig always squeaks when it hears something familiar of my sister. Like, the certain squeaky sound that her door makes. Also when she walks by. Another thing is that Trixi (the guinea pig) chatters or purs when my sis pets her, but only when my sis pets Trixi.
guinea pigs like to get out and play especially with each other. if your goiong to let your pigs run around together i would recommend a plastic childrens pool, because then you know were they are and its EASY to clean! ;o) yes i think they do i let me guinea pig run around the house it is so funny

A cat.
MAke a maze out of cardboard and have your guinea pig run through it.
You don't make them run, nor should you force them to do anything that is not it the guinea pig care guide.
It can run the say it is born
You can by him/her a run so it can run about or by a guinea pig lead though that is quite cruel/dangerous or a play tube.
Guinea pigs walk like regular four legged animals but they sort of do a hoppish-run when they want to go faster.
it depends on the guinea pig, if the guinea pig doesn't trust you very much the guinea pig might run away. But if you have had it for a long time and it trusts you it just might walk around or just go near you ps...if this is your first time with the guinea pig just have all dangerous things or things you dont want to be bitten away and also have all doors closed in case it does run away.
Omg yes cause they are cute and cuddly and a 8 year old could take care of it. If you really want to get into it you can breed your guinea pig and little babies will come out they are soooooooo cute!!!!!!!
One should allow about 7.5 square feet for a guinea pig to be able to run around freely. If a cage is bigger than that, it's all the better for the guinea pig as it will then have more room to run around.
no they can
Yes, the cats long legs, provide them superior running ability to that of a guinea pig.
