You can't take Guinea Pig's for a walk with leads or anything like that as they are very bad for a Guinea Pig's spine. You are best to either let them go in a run outside or let them out in your house. You are best letting it run in your house, but keep it away from wires and spaces it can hide in. You shouldn't use a guinea pig harness or lead as they can damage their sensitive spines.

It may be suffering from Anorexia (yes, like people can), the vet will do a few checks and your guinea pig may have to be force fed, which isn't as bad as it sounds. Try looking for a Guinea Pig specialist vet, they know a lot more about them than a normal vet. Take your guinea pig there as quick as you can before it gets worse. I hope it gets better!
