Horses primary way of communicating is body language. They do have some sounds such as a whinney, nicker or snort.
Well horses cant really talk if you know what i mean . They do neigh when they are happy or neigh when they are in disstress ,but mostly use body language for instance they put their ears back flat when they are angry.
