The movement in a chicken's foot is produced in much the same way as many other animals. There are joints that move.

The muscles of a chickens wing are antagonistic. Antagonistic muscles are the ones that oppose a specific type of movement.
Yes. Chickens can move their eyes. It is not used the same as other creatures however. A chickens vision is better when the eyes remain still and they generally use head movements to focus. Turns and thrusts of the head will cause SACADIC movement of the eyeballs. It is a very slight movement. Avian anatomy shows that there are muscles attached and studies have been done.
Bumblefoot is usually caused first by an abrasion to the skin of the foot pad and then an infection sets in causing a large growth on the bottom of the chickens foot. It doesn't have to be a wide open cut just a small scrape or light abrasion to the foot pad will be enough to cause a problem. Most cases of bumblefoot involve the following bacteria: Staphylococcus Aureus, E.coli, or Corynebacterium. Once the infection takes hold in a matter of days the foot and or foot pad becomes swollen and is somewhat reddened and may be hot to the touch. If the foot is swollen but is still soft to the touch you have a very good chance of curing the problem with antibiotics alone. If you allow it to go untreated, the chickens will often succumb to secondary infections.
Chickens can fly only a few feet at a time. Mostly up about 7 feet. If you have an eight foot fence they shouldn't fly up enough to sit on its top.
Tyson chickens, like most of the nation's poultry, are primarily produced on small, family-owned farms
usually by chickens.

I have been told by the owner of Peeps in Oregon that lack of use can lead to the withering of a chickens extra toes (not the whole foot).

Chickens duck and bob their head as a substitute for eye movement. Chickens eyes do not move well and head movement increases the area of vision and ground covered when searching for food. When you see the head moving about then you know the hen is looking for something.
Plantar abduction. Movement inward is adduction. Upward movement of the foot is called dorsiflexion. Downward movement of the foot is called plantar flexion.

it depends on breed type

It is electricity (or electrical energy) that we find is used in homes, and it is produced by the movement of electrons.
