Guinea pigs can be trained to perform behaviors. This is a type of memory, however the activity needs to be closely related to food/have food as a reward.
For example, my five pigs all squeek loudly when the screen door slams (but not the heavy door) because they know I'm probably bringing them handfuls of grass.
Also, I've trained them to run up the stairs. This was accomplished by having the cage open at the top of the stairs and showing them how to jump one step at a time.
Addtionally, I have a "guinea pig song" that I sing to them, and then they begin to squeek (again knowing I am bringing them chow. In this case however, they don't respond to my children singing, but sometimes to the TV if the music is the same pitch.
Guinea pigs remember each other for better or worse. Lucy, one of my pigs, normally lives with Chrysanthum (her daughter), but I doubt she "remembers" that it is her daughter. Both pigs are terrified of the other two dominant pigs and when placed together immediately freeze.

A guinea pig's memory is long enough to remember who you are, (the hand that feeds it) and what you smell like. Guinea pigs will also remember things they dont like/do like. (eg, if they dont like baths, they will freak out once theyve figured out they're getting one. etc)
I would worry if you lift a guinea-pig by the tail. Guinea-pigs do not have tails so nothing will happen. You must mean something else.
It is spelled "guinea pig". You got it right! :)
An overgrown guinea pig nail is long and normally curled. If the nail isn't clipped, then the curled nail can begin to grow underneath the guinea pig's paw and cause pain. A guinea pig's claws should be clipped once a month.
This can mean that the guinea pig was frightened from something loud, like a dog bark or telephone ring.

Yes. If you do not clip the nails, they will grow too long and eventually break on something, and injure the guinea pig.
you mean girl guinea pig? Right?!? Because if not, at LEAST two weeks.
Take it to the guinea pig dentist
take it to the doctor

you should probably brush your Guinea Pig for about 5-10 minutes
It depends how close you are to your Guinea Pig, and how much they like you.
your should hold your guinea pig for about 30min to an hour each day
Train your guinea pig every day, and when it does something right, feed it a treat.
