Most vets reccommend waiting until the kittens are two or three months old. Be sure that you have been playing with the kitten and petting it and getting it used to people, because if you don't, it will not be a good pet.
If the kittens die, or are taken away by humans, it can be very saddening to the mama cat, and will take a long time to get over it. If she only loses one kitten, she will take care of her other kittens. But if its all of her kittens, then she will probably grieve herself to death. She can, actually. If she has another litter of kittens, she might abandon them. Who knows; she might even take care of them. Cats are usually predictable, but sometimes, this can be VERY UNpredictable. So, you never really know. You just have to try it and see. But I would be careful. If you were to take kittens from a mama cat, forever, then you might want to take them at six weeks or older. If you can't do six weeks or older, than do at least four weeks. If they are younger than that, you must leave them with their mama, or feed them warm milk in a bottle. I can give you more information about taking care of cats if you need it. I'll tell you on the Discussion Page.
yes it is completely normal! you probably touched the kitten , you need to wait a week before you touch them, that caused her to eat it because it had your scent on it...if you havent touched the other kittens do not take them away! if you have take them away and you will need to bottle feed them......have fun :]
No. Cats will not hurt your baby if you take her kittens away. Your cat may just not be fond of babies because of their noises, smells, or attention. But as far as I know most cats are fond of babies or at least tolerate.
if you have an news paper you should look in the ads and also look on mail boxes and bords that say free kittens you can find them in gas stations and mail boxes also as around to see if any people you know have them the last word of thay sentence is kittens see if people you know have KITTENS
At sometimes, it could take anywhere up to 14 hours for the kittens to be born starting from when the water broke. Sometime it takes a very long time for another kitten to come out. Because the mom does need to take a break from pushing and cleaning the kittens. I would not worry because more will come out unless she only had two kittens.
Cats take their kittens away to protect them from potential dangers and to teach them important survival skills.
Yes, cats can experience sadness and distress when their kittens are taken away from them. This separation can cause emotional stress for the mother cat.
Kittens' eyes typically open when they are around 7 to 10 days old.
You can find places near you that take kittens by contacting local animal shelters, rescue organizations, or veterinary clinics. They may be able to provide information on adoption options or resources for rehoming kittens.
Yes it is ok. Kittens can't get hurt or sick unless your hands are dirty or you drop the kitten. But it would be best not to take it away form its mom for long. The kitten needs to eat the milk the mom provides.
Cats typically take care of their kittens for about 8-12 weeks before they become independent.

It depends if they're wild ones or home-trained ones normally wild mother cats usually take their kittens away to protect them from danger. If it is a home one it is completley safe ;) Reply :D
