My male Akita will be two in September and he is still growing. He is just now starting to fill out a little on top of his height and length. So, my guess is it can take a little over two years before they hit full size. But, I am also trying to find a slightly more accurate answer to this as well. I keep thinking he's done growing in height and length and then he gets bigger. So, if you find a more accurate answer, please let me know.
they get like a foot long
The size of an animal when fully grown varies greatly depending on the species. For example, elephants can grow to be over 10 feet tall and weigh several tons, while a fully grown bee might only be a few centimeters long. It is best to specify the animal in question for a more accurate answer.

Perhaps the closest Akita breeder to Ontario, Canada is "Akitas of Kireisa," which have a long history of excellence in their field. Puppy adopters must be pre-approved, but the Akita dogs are brought up quite well with only the highest standards.
If you are asking what is they wingspan, it is 6.5ft. long when fully grown. If you are asking its height, that is usually 34 to 43in. when fully grown (86 to 109cm)
They are about 1-2 inches when fully grown.
absolutely depends on the breed
peppers last 2 days after they are fully grown. all crops take as long as they took to grow, before they will go bad.
