all dogs are different and have different energy levels and your walking speed has to be taken into account, and whether it is a gentle on lead walk etc. if your dog is calm and well behaved at home and out on walks and is a healthy weight, then your walks are adequate, if your dog is full of energy and destructive/noisy and hyper at home then they need more exercise/ mental stimulation!
