about 4 or 5 or 6 a lynx can
Litters are usually two to three cubs, though, on rare occasions, there can be be one, four, or even five.
Lynx typically have one litter of kittens per year, with the number of kittens ranging from one to six, depending on the species and environmental conditions. The gestation period for lynx is about 60 to 70 days. After giving birth, the mother cares for the kittens until they are about 5 to 6 months old, when they begin to hunt independently.
a lynx baby is called a cub I was not sure about this one. Two different sources said different things when I looked this up. One said they were kittens, I thought that that was logical...but another said that, No, they were cubs. This confused me but I am going to go with CUBS as Lynx babies. Thanks for your help, who ever you are!!!
Gray squirrels have 4 babies at one time depending on their maturity
The lynx population might increase due to abundant prey availability, reduced threats from predators or disease, successful conservation efforts, and suitable habitat conditions for breeding and raising offspring.
