I searched the Madison, WI municipal code and found info about dogs in parks, leash laws, licensing, and waste disposal, but could find nothing about number of pets allowed per household within the city limits, or if there were any dog breed restrictions. I will call them and ask and you will probably have to as well. Very frustrating!
