Sharks play an important role in the ecosystem of the oceans if they went extinct the ocean world as we know it could be completely destroyed. Our oceans have already been suffering under the weight of mankind. Without sharks it will only become worse.
the seas will become overrun with small fish, the aquatic plants will be under stress and the worlds beautiful coral reefs will become overrun with algae. So please help save sharks and our ocean.
With fewer sharks as predators the spieces immediately beneath them in the food chain will explode, this will in turn mean that the spieces beneath them will have to evade a greater number of predators.
In a Yellowstone (a North American National park) wolves were reintroduced in an attempt to halt the bloom in elk population as they were eating all the terrain.

The most species are probably in the ocean.
Rainforests have the distinction of having almost half of the worlds species because of its' ability to carry as many as five levels in its ecosystem. Most can carry 2-4. Until these areas are logged and farmed, they will remain so.
The largest plant families are: Asteraceae (Sunflower family) ~24,000 species Orchidaceae (orchid family) ~20,000 species Fabaceae (Legume family) ~18,000 species Poaceae (grass family) ~10,000 species Rubiaceae (coffee family) ~10,000 species

The word «worst» implies value judgment, and sharks do not follow any particular moral or ethic, other than survival. Most sharks even practice cannibalism among their own species, and female sharks also feed on their young just after birth, in times of starvation. If you asked me, as a diver, what would be the sharks I fear most, I would give you three species, in descendent order of danger: - The Bull shark. - The Tiger shark. - The White shark.
The world's only freshwater sharks, known as bull sharks, can be found in various freshwater environments, including rivers, lakes, and estuaries around the world. They are known for their ability to adapt to different salinity levels and can swim upstream in rivers for long distances. Some well-known populations of freshwater bull sharks can be found in places like the Amazon River in South America and the Zambezi River in Africa.
