show rabbits ussually cost around 10-50 dollars. depends on the breeder and the type of rabbit. i bought my show rabbit (she is a dutch) for $10 at a pet store (pet cetra). a pure rabbit should cost more than $25, any thing under that examin the animal closly first, and see what needs to be fixed and what is required for a show rabbit. a show rabbit for the ARBA should have a pedigree, well compacked bady shape, 3-5 LBS, good fly back fur and of corse buying a dutch or a rabbit with marking the marking should be well neetly cut and no spots were there not sopose to be. a maketing (meet rabbit) rabbit, should have a thicker loin, hip and shoulder, should NOT be fat (over weight) as the meet will be greesy. these are the guid lines to haveing a good quality show rabbit.

A GOOD QUALITY SHOW RABBIT WILL SELDOM BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT A PET STORE. Do yourself a favor and go to the ARBA web site and research the different breeds. When you find one you like research breeders of that breed and consult with one of them. If they don't have stock for sale chances are they will know a reputable breeder that does. You can invest a whole lot of money in bad stock really fast if you don't know what you are doing.
