The average weight of a rabbit varies depending on the breed. Generally, domestic rabbits typically range from 2 to 20 pounds (0.9 to 9 kg), with smaller breeds like Netherland Dwarfs weighing around 2 pounds and larger breeds like Flemish Giants weighing up to 20 pounds.

About 5 pounds
There is none, because there are different breeds. If you are thinking of a pet, a Dwarf Netherland is a good choice because they are smaller, like about 6-10 inches long. They probably weigh about the same as a small chihuahua 4-6 lbs?

A lop is sometimes larger than a cat. They need room to roam, and a VERY safe outside area for that. They can be up to 30 lbs for a really fat one.
The average weight of a rabbit varies by breed and living conditions. They are usually anywhere between two and six pounds, although some rare rabbits can weigh much more.

Domestic rabbits come in many different sizes, everywhere from dwarf to giant. As one would expect, dwarf rabbits are much smaller in size than standard rabbits; They generally range from only 4 to 6 pounds. Standard rabbits have a wider range of sizes, depending on the breed, but commonly average from 7 to 8 pounds. And then there's breeds like the Flemish Giant, which can weigh anywhere from 14 to a whopping 22 pounds.

Rabbits, like dogs, come in many sizes so their weight can vary. I have two rabbits. One is an average size and weighs probably 5 pounds. The other is a New Zealand Giant... and rightfully called because he weighs almost 11 pounds!! But most are between 3-5 pounds.

Some rabbits weigh around 300g to 700g. Different rabbits weigh different amounts, depending on their species and breed. Some pet rabbits are tiny, 2 pounds or less (dwarves), other pet rabbits are huge, "giant" breeds weighing 15 pounds or more. A vet can tell you the healthy weight for your rabbit.
