Cats tend not to overstuff themselves and regulate their food, you should feed twice a day but kittens need about 4 meals a day. I feed my cats twice a day but leave water and buscuits out all times in case they get peckish. They are both slim and agile.

For younger kittens, it is advisable to feed three or four meals a day.
