i have 2 pekin ducks, a male and a female and there about 4 months old, almost 5 months. they mated and she started laying eggs a couple of days ago
To mate two ducks, you need a male duck (drake) and a female duck. Ducks will mate naturally, so providing a suitable environment conducive to their natural behavior, such as access to water and privacy, will help facilitate mating. Additionally, ensuring the ducks are healthy and in breeding condition is important for successful mating.
Depends... most likely result... they die.
Ducks are resilient animals and can survive and live normally without a mate. However, they may exhibit some behavioral changes and may seek out a new mate or become more social with other ducks in their environment. Providing them with companionship and care can help them adjust to the loss.
Ducks don't "mate". They are not monogamous.
No. That's not possible because chicken and duck are two different races (biological meaning). This is the same thing for a human and a monkey ! There are many reports of these crossing but most are not recent. They come from the late 1800's and early 1900's. Many times these birds will be friends and appear to mate but there has been no DNA work to prove it one way or the other.
A duck's mate is called a drake. The duck is female, the drake, male.
No

It depends if the rat accepts the mate
The male dose not have a mate
it depends on how old the duck is. and if it is wild or not. If it is a baby then no. It would need heat. and if it was a wild or tame baby it would need that. If it is a big duck then it depends on what time of year it is. If it is warm out then yes. if it is cold then no.
Depends... most likely result... they die.
6-9 months old
The duck would be less than a day old.
It depends entirely upon the breed. If they are layers they will need to be 16-20 weeks old
The cast of Old MacDonald Duck - 1941 includes: Clarence Nash as Donald Duck
Rarely any mate for life. The Mandarin and the Wood ducks are among the two most popular known ducks to actually mate for life, but most of the other ducks don't.
