I am getting worried about my guinea pig because she's always hungry I'm not sure if she's pregnant my mom says she's to young to have a baby?

Guinea pigs have big appetites. Its when they dont eat you should be worried. It sounds like your piggy is healthy. well when my guinea pig was pregant she ate alot so it mite be because my pig was only 6-8 months old when she had them. so she mite be pregant
