I recently had a dream about an old friend that i haven't seen in about 4 years and some animals and i have had this dream more than once what does it mean?

It could mean a number of things, this person could be sick or dying, this person could be looking or thinking about you, or maybe you will be meeting this person soon. As far as the animals is concern, they could represent an enemy, or pregnancy with them or someone in your circle.
