You would most likely find Campbell's Watercress and Duck Gizzard Soup in a high-end restaurant or specialty food store that sells gourmet soups. It may not be a common dish in mainstream restaurants or grocery stores.
Spoonbill
Well, there would most likely be a lot of pain.
I would make it up. Birds cherping, the shower, the creeky floors, the coffee maker, etc
Littoral
No, you cannot brew coffee in milk. Brewing coffee requires hot water to extract the flavors from the coffee grounds. Milk would not be able to extract the flavors in the same way.
There are a number of places where you can purchase a gourmet coffee maker. I would check out sites like Amazon, Macy, and Sears. Costco typically has some great selections as well too. They are typically $200-$300.
K cups can be more expensive then regular coffee. However by investing in k-cups one is able to keep a wider variety of coffee flavors on hand. This would save money if one likes to buy a variety of coffee flavors as a wide selection of k-cups would be cheaper then several containers of coffee.
i would say riceworks gourmet brown rice crips. all natural and suprisingly tasty. nice choice of flavors too.
Because Coffe-Mate would rather shove flavors we don't like down our throats. I have actually switched to International (which is not as good) because at least they try with some nutty flavors.
I would first check out places like your local grocery outlet, if you are not picky about flavors and just like a nice cup of coffee you can get Keuring coffee pods there relatively affordable.
Greenmountain coffee is a very upscale brand of coffees made for the home. There is a special coffeemaker specifically made for Greenmountain coffee. The coffee comes in very small individual packets that you insert into the special machine. You can have a gourmet cup of coffee right at home for much less than you would pay at your local coffee shop.
Yes, Popcornopolis Gourmet Popcorn are finally being expanded and updated to include approx. 225 varieties (including 150 individual gourmet flavors and 25 gourmet flavor mix-ups varieties). And that's right, that's probably because of "America's Food & Beverage Revival" and the fact that the following brands are M&M-Mars, Hershey, Nestle, Nabisco, Yum! Brands, and another 7 brands to name a few in 2016. An additional 25 varieties of "Popcornopolis Gourmet Popcorn" will be occasional flavors, which would mark their official grand total to approx. 250 varieties.

That would depend on your taste but chocfull of nuts is my fav.OR... Freshness makes a huge difference. Beans used a less than a week after being roasted, ground immediately before brewing, then prepared under optimal conditions (french press, drip, espresso, whatever) can reach a higher level of flavor without the stereotypical bitterness. However if you get spoiled by drinking coffee like this often, it's hard to go back to stale bitter coffee.
A website to look at would be www.torani.com. It has sugar free coffee syrup, and it is also 20% off. There are many different flavors to chose from with out the massive amounts of calories.
There is no founder of coffee. Coffee is likely to have originated around Ethiopia, where it has been known about for over a thousand years. But it would be impossible to trace it back to one person.
