You can buy your bun an Automatic Pet Water Dispenser, which is essentially a water bottle turned upside down inside a dish. This is a good stable option which is difficult to knock over.
Alternatively, you can simply use a bowl with water in it. Just make sure to put it in a place that is hard for it to be knocked over; you don't want your rabbit to run out of water because of this.
Many rabbits prefer drinking out of bowls rather than bottles. They weren't meant to naturally drink out of bottles and find dishes more natural. This obviously works much better for house rabbits rather than caged. If your bunny is caged, consider allowing him to become a house rabbit.
